Welding Rotator
The Icon series manipulators are designed and manufactured by our company, incorporating the advantages of similar products from both domestic and international markets. They are developed specifically to meet the production requirements of boiler and pressure vessel manufacturers, as well as wind power tower welding applications.
This series can be matched with MIG and submerged arc welding machines produced by our company and can also be integrated with rotators, positioners, and other welding automation equipment to achieve fully automatic girth seam and longitudinal seam welding of workpieces.
Our rotators are built to high-quality standards and are suitable for a wide range of welding processes, including SAW, TIG, MIG, and ARC, with load capacities of up to 2000 tons. Depending on the application, steel rollers or polyurethane-lined rollers are available, while forged rollers are provided for higher-capacity rotators to ensure superior strength and long-term durability.
The Icon series manipulators, together with our rotators, are essential specialized equipment for boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing, featuring advanced technology, reliable performance, easy operation, and high production efficiency.
Features
• Steel-rubber rollers offer high load-bearing capacity and strong driving performance.
• A high-stability and high-reliability frequency converter is applied to achieve stepless speed regulation, featuring a wide adjustment range, large starting torque, and high precision.
• The specially designed manual control box ensures easy operation and high flexibility.
• The interface is preset for connecting the manipulator with other welding equipment, enabling seamless integration into a welding center.
• The system adopts a double-motor drive design, with drive modes including planetary cycloid reducers and worm gear reduction.
• The center distance of the rollers can be adjusted via reserved screw holes or a lead screw to accommodate different workpiece diameters.
• ubber-type wheels help accurately control and stabilize the position of the workpiece.
• Polyester-type wheels offer a longer service life and higher resistance to elevated temperatures.
• Suitable for applications where the workpiece requires preheating before welding and temperature maintenance during the welding process.
